Legally no but at my clinic my rules are you have to be 28 years old and above we do not treat anyone younger. Why you may ask? It is because we believe in small enhancement and your too young to be messing around with your face we do understand the older we get we would like to hold on to our youth so this is why we have a strict policy on our age restriction policy.
